Biography

Albert Cimino started personal training when he was in his first year at
York University. Majoring in Kinesiology and Health Science, Albert
could apply his knowledge and skills from the classroom and employ them
in the gym.
Working as a Conditioning Coach throughout University, Albert trained
many high level athletes, which ranged from the University level to the
Pros. Albert has knowledge and experience in a variety of sports and has
trained athletes in Ice Hockey, Football, Baseball, Swimming, Lacrosse,
Track and Field, Rugby, Volleyball and Figure Skating.
Albert has also helped dozens of clients reach their fitness goals. If it was
losing body fat, gaining muscle or just feeling good about themselves,
Albert's specialized fitness programs were tailored to meet each
individual's specific fitness needs.
Albert graduated with a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology
and Health Science in June of 2000. He went on to receive his second
Degree in Education and is currently working as a Grade 8 Science and
Physical Education Teacher, while training clients on a part-time basis.
Albert is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Albert is certified as a Personal Trainer under the Canadian
Professional Trainers Network (CPTN) and is also First Aid and CPR
certified under the Red Cross.
Albert has a passion for fitness, health and well-being. He believes that
with the proper guidance and empowerment, everyone can achieve their
optimal wellness.
