Nutrition Package  $150

  • detailed Meal Plan that includes 7 different meals for each day of the week.

    habits.
  • meal plan incorporates the foods you like to eat.

Fitness Package  $150

  • 6 week fitness program
  • detailed, colour pics of each exercise (shows starting and ending points for

  • your choice of male or female models displaying the exercise
  • program includes cardiovascular exercises
  • program CUSTOMIZED to YOUR fitness goals
